45 West 3rd St receives BRA Board Approval
We’re happy to announce that 45 West Third Street, our mixed-use condominium project in South Boston, hit a major milestone in the continuing public process and was approved by the BRA Board this past Thursday, July 16th.
The project includes up to 105 residential units including private townhouse-style sidewalk entrances, approximately 3,400 SF of ground floor commercial space, parking for 109 vehicles, and two courtyards. The project also involves public realm improvements including wider sidewalks, new street lights, and landscaped open space.
