45 Brighton Avenue is a six-story, 77-unit apartment building in Allston. The project is the second phase of Packard Crossing, a residential development owned by The Hamilton Company that will provide moderately-priced housing for the community, create new connections in green spaces, and unify the surrounding neighborhood. Located next door to the developer’s longtime headquarters, the design objective was to extend the established rhythm of adjacent townhouses and bay-front buildings that is visible along Brighton Avenue in a contemporary manner. Amenities include over 175 parking spaces, bike parking, a lobby and lounge area, a fitness center, ground floor retail space, and a landscaped roof deck. 45 Brighton Avenue is on track to be LEED Gold Certified.
