H+A Welcomes New Intern Dominik Wit

We’re pleased to introduce a new intern in the office in this new year! Dominik Wit, currently an architecture student at Northeastern University, is joining us at H+A for the Spring semester. Dominik grew up in Australia and formerly studied Civil Engineering at Queensland University of Technology. Following his studies and some experience at a small engineering firm, Dominik traveled for a few years throughout the East coast of the US and Europe, eventually settling in the US with his wife. With a renewed passion for design, he returned to study Architecture at Northeastern University, including a minor in Urban Landscape. As a student member of Freedom by Design, Dominik helped build a wheelchair access ramp for a synagogue in Cambridge and has recently completed studying abroad in Berlin where he developed a great interest for adaptive reuse and socially responsible design. In his spare time, Dominik enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and playing the drums.
