Canine Associate

Walter joined the Hacin team in 2016. He hails from Dallas, Texas, and is the namesake of architect and Bauhaus founder, Walter Gropius, who brought the International Modernism style to the US when he moved from Germany to Boston in the 1930s. As a canine-associate-in-training, Walter makes himself available to the team on his days in the studio, pausing for pats and games of fetch. He also greets clients and visitors; his philosophy is “will speak for treats.” In his free time, Walter enjoys chasing pant legs, high heels, and the occasional ball.
