Hooper Mansion

The Hooper Mansion is a luxury condominium residence in Boston’s Back Bay. Built in 1889, the mansion was commissioned as a private residence for Robert C. Hooper and his wife, Helen. Through the owners’ love of dogs, it is also credited as the home of the original Boston terrier breed. In more recent history, Hooper Mansion was converted into office space and The Congress Group worked with H+A to return the building to residential use. H+A’s work included the redesign and full renovation of the building’s interiors and new luxury residences within as well as exterior restorations. The building boasts three exposures and unobstructed views of the Charles River Basin and Boston skyline. The new residences include five luxury units and one penthouse with over 12,000 square feet of living space.
