Parcel A

In coordination with ADD Inc. (now Stantec), Hacin's design team worked on a mixed-use retail, office, and condominium building on Parcel A of the now-celebrated Seaport neighborhood of Boston, taking the project through the Schematic Design Phase and engaging with the Boston Redevelopment Authority. The waterfront building consisted of two floors of retail and office spaces, four floors of condominium units, one floor of below-grade parking, and an occupied roof with views of the city and harbors. While the larger Master Plan was approved, Parcel A was later sold to a new developer that hired a new architect to realize the present-day Envoy Hotel.
