Rebecca joined Hacin in 2013 after spending the previous decade immersed in the luxury European design industry, executing high-end residential projects and cultivating a wealth of knowledge about furniture, materials, and lighting. As a project manager and senior interior designer, she has extensive experience across project types ranging from high-end residential to boutique restaurant design. While at Hacin, her work includes award-winning projects such as Four51 Penthouse and Glass House. Rebecca received her Master of Arts in Interior Architecture from the New England School of Art and Design. Her innovative design aesthetic is deeply informed by her formal training as a fine artist, love of materiality and craft, and in-depth knowledge of art history. For her, interior design is the nexus that allows her to pursue numerous creative passions. Rebecca is a hands-on designer who enjoys creating custom furniture and lighting on projects. Intrigued by the juxtaposition of old and new, novel and familiar, she loves mixing different time periods, cultures, and sensibilities into a cohesive narrative. When she’s not creating, Rebecca enjoys traveling with her husband and is often found seeking inspiration at museums and galleries or simply snuggling with her dog, Ollie.
